02How far ahead should I book?
Three to four days is comfortable; evenings and weekends fill first. Same-day slots often open, so it is always worth asking.
03Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Of course. Message us a few hours ahead and we move it — course sessions are never lost.
04How should I prepare?
For laser: shave the area the day before and avoid sun exposure. For facials: come without make-up if you can. We send the rest when we confirm.
05Is there parking nearby?
Yes — street parking on Adnan Kahveci, and a car park two minutes' walk away. We will send directions with your confirmation.
